Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Website Requests

By checking the consent box and submitting a form on the ceh360.kz website (the “Website”), I, as the person entering my data in the form, voluntarily give Individual Entrepreneur “CEH360” (IIN 930511050673) my consent to the collection and processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data: first name, or surname, first name and patronymic; phone numbers; email address; the name of the organization or individual entrepreneur on whose behalf the request is submitted; city; the address, dates and details of the supply, comment; Website language and page, referral source; technical data — IP address, browser and device information, date and time of submission.
2. Purposes: to process the request and contact me; to prepare a quote, labels and supply documents and send them to me; to provide services; to confirm that consent was obtained; to protect the Website from abuse; to comply with legal requirements.
3. Transfer to third parties — yes: to service providers that provide data storage, communications, the work messaging app in which staff handle requests, email, protection of the Website against automated requests and network attacks, and web analytics; to logistics partners, delivery services and marketplaces — if necessary to fulfill the supply; to government authorities — in cases established by law. Each recipient receives only the data necessary for its function.
4. Cross-border transfer — yes. The data is stored in the Republic of Kazakhstan. My data may be processed outside the Republic of Kazakhstan by: the work messaging app in which staff handle requests (the name, phone number and city from the request); service providers that provide communications and email or protect the Website against network attacks; logistics partners handling supplies to other countries; web analytics and automated-request protection services — technical data only. The transfer is carried out to the extent necessary for their functions.
5. Dissemination in publicly available sources — no.
6. Automated processing: requests are automatically checked for signs of abuse; the check may temporarily restrict form submission. Objections are sent to hello@ceh360.kz and reviewed within the time limits established by law.
7. Term: until the purposes of processing are achieved or, if no business relationship results, no longer than 24 months from the request date, or until consent is withdrawn.
8. Withdrawal: by email to hello@ceh360.kz. Processing stops within 15 business days from the date the withdrawal is received, unless its continuation is required by law or to perform an outstanding obligation.
9. Data of other persons: by providing another person's data, for example an additional contact, I confirm that I have obtained that person's consent to the transfer of this data to Individual Entrepreneur “CEH360” and its processing on the terms of this consent.

Sign-in and Registration in the Service

By continuing to sign in to or register with the CEH360° account portals (the “Service”), including by invitation, I, as the person providing my phone number and other data, voluntarily give Individual Entrepreneur “CEH360” (IIN 930511050673) my consent to the collection and processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data: phone number; surname and first name; email address; the organization I represent and my role in it; records of sign-ins, actions in the Service and acceptance of documents; technical data — IP address, browser and device information, date and time of actions.
2. Purposes: to verify my phone number and provide access to the Service; to register the organization and create its workspace and sign-in link; to enable work in the Service and provide support; to perform the agreement with the organization; to confirm acceptance of documents and of this consent, and to protect the parties' rights in disputes; to protect the Service from abuse; to comply with legal requirements.
3. Transfer to third parties — yes: to service providers that provide data storage, delivery of SMS codes and service messages, and protection of the Service against automated requests and network attacks; to the organization whose workspace I am granted access to — to the extent necessary for working together; to government authorities — in cases established by law. Each recipient receives only the data necessary for its function.
4. Cross-border transfer — yes. The data is stored in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Service providers that deliver SMS codes and service messages and protect the Service against automated requests and network attacks may process my phone number and technical data outside the Republic of Kazakhstan — only to the extent necessary for these functions.
5. Dissemination in publicly available sources — no.
6. Automated processing: requests are automatically checked for signs of abuse; the check may temporarily restrict sign-in. Objections are sent to hello@ceh360.kz and reviewed within the time limits established by law.
7. Term: for as long as I use the Service and for no longer than three years after my account is deleted (during this period, only records of sign-ins and acceptance of documents are kept), or until consent is withdrawn.
8. Withdrawal: by email to hello@ceh360.kz. Processing stops within 15 business days from the date the withdrawal is received, unless its continuation is required by law or to perform an outstanding obligation. Records of acceptance of documents and of this consent are kept after withdrawal as well — within the period specified in item 7. After withdrawal, access to the Service is terminated.
