In short: this Policy applies to the public CEH360° website and lead form. We use the submitted data only to contact you, process your request, prepare a fulfillment consultation, and protect the website from abuse.
1. Scope
1.1. This Policy explains how CEH360° processes personal data of visitors to the public website ceh360.kz who submit a request, use contact links, or contact us through published communication channels.
1.2. This Policy does not govern separate contracts for fulfillment, logistics, storage, delivery, marketplace operations, or other services. Those relationships are agreed separately.
2. Data We Process
2.1. When you submit a website request, we may process:
- phone number;
- name, if you provide it;
- selected website language;
- page and request source;
- short technical visitor and session identifiers that help connect a website visit to a submitted request;
- city, if you allowed browser location and the website could determine it without storing exact coordinates;
- traffic source, where it is honestly available: search engine, ad tag, AI assistant, messenger, social network, or another website;
- date and time of submission;
- confirmation that you agreed to this Policy and the Terms of Use.
2.2. For security, anti-spam protection, diagnostics, and abuse prevention, technical logs may contain an IP address, browser and device information, request identifier, and request date and time. We aim not to keep unnecessary personal data in operational logs or disclose it internally unless needed.
2.3. The website may use first-party cookies to keep anonymous visitor and session identifiers. They help us understand which section and source led to a request, avoid showing technical noise to operators, and avoid inventing a source when the browser did not provide one.
2.4. If you allow browser geolocation, the landing page uses it only as a coarse city hint. Exact coordinates are not sent with the request and are not shown to the operator.
2.5. The landing page does not collect passport data, bank-card data, passwords, product documents, or information that is not needed for initial contact.
3. Purposes
We use the data only to:
- receive and process your request;
- contact you by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or another available channel;
- clarify your task regarding fulfillment, supply, packing, labeling, storage, or delivery;
- prepare a consultation, preliminary calculation, or commercial proposal;
- understand which public website sections help users submit a request and improve the website without exposing unnecessary technical detail to operators;
- confirm consent and protect the website from automated requests, spam, and attacks;
- comply with applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for purposes incompatible with the above.
4. Legal Basis and Consent
4.1. The main basis for processing is your consent, which you give when submitting the lead form.
4.2. By submitting the form, you confirm that you provided your data voluntarily, reviewed this Policy and the Terms of Use, and understand that we cannot process the request without a contact number.
4.3. You may withdraw your consent by writing to hello@ceh360.kz. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before we receive the withdrawal request.
5. Where Data Is Processed and Stored
5.1. We organize the processing and storage of personal data with regard to applicable data-localization requirements. Where the law of the user's country requires personal data to be stored in that country, we use databases located in the relevant country, including Kazakhstan and Russia.
5.2. If a request involves a route, warehouse, supply, or communication between Kazakhstan and Russia, limited transfer of data between these countries may be necessary to contact you and prepare the service. Such transfer is limited to what is needed to process the request.
5.3. This Policy does not disclose internal technical architecture, server addresses, infrastructure providers, or operational details unless such disclosure is required by law.
6. Who May Access the Data
Requests are accessible only to CEH360° employees and contractors who need access to process the request, contact the client, prepare a consultation, support logistics, maintain security, or provide technical support. Those persons must keep the data confidential.
We may disclose data to public authorities only where and as required by law.
7. Retention
7.1. Lead data is stored for as long as needed to process the request, maintain communication, and confirm the history of interaction.
7.2. If no cooperation starts after a request, we usually delete or anonymize the lead within up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or to protect CEH360°'s rights.
7.3. Detailed public-website events and security diagnostic logs are kept for a limited period, usually up to 180 days, and are used only for lead analytics, website protection, and incident investigation. After that, we delete, aggregate, or anonymize such data unless a longer period is required by law or to protect CEH360°'s rights.
8. Your Rights
You may request:
- confirmation that your data is being processed;
- correction, update, or deletion of data;
- restriction of processing;
- withdrawal of consent;
- information about how to contact the Operator.
Send requests to hello@ceh360.kz. We may ask you to confirm that the request is made by the data subject or their lawful representative.
9. Data Protection
We apply administrative and technical safeguards, including access limitation, permission control, security-event logging, public-form abuse protection, and data minimization in operational logs. We do not disclose detailed security mechanisms because doing so could reduce system security.
10. Children
The website and CEH360° services are intended for business use and are not directed to persons under 18. If we learn that a minor's data was submitted without a proper legal basis, we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. A new version is published on this page with the revision date. By continuing to use the website after publication, you agree to the current version.
