Process

How it works

Five steps — from handing over your goods to the marketplace-warehouse handoff. We take on all the operations.

  1. Hand over your goods

    You leave a request and we pick the goods up from your address — or you bring them to one of our fulfillment centers yourself.

  2. Prepare for shipping

    We handle all the required paperwork and consolidate the cargo for international transport.

  3. Transport

    We route goods through our operating points in Astana, Almaty, Kazan and Moscow: intake, consolidation, processing and onward dispatch.

  4. Prepare the marketplace supply

    You create a supply for any nearby date and send us the barcodes / QR codes to label your boxes.

  • Fulfillment is when an operator handles the receiving, inspection, storage, packing, labeling and delivery of your goods to marketplace warehouses or to the buyer. At CEH360° that operator is us: we run the whole batch from intake to dispatch with our own team, with no reselling of services. You are freed from the operational routine and focus on sales.

  • The operator is us, CEH360°: we run the entire batch ourselves from intake to dispatch — no middlemen, no reselling of services. We receive or pick up goods in Kazakhstan or Russia, consolidate and finish them at our warehouses in Astana and Kazan when needed — or, when it's faster, take them straight to the marketplace warehouse with no intermediate reloading. One team controls it all: documents, packing, labeling and delivery to the warehouse you need.

  • Wildberries, OZON, Yandex.Market and SberMegaMarket in Russia, plus Kaspi in Kazakhstan. We deliver to whichever warehouse you need.

  • FBO — we prepare the goods and deliver them to the marketplace warehouse. FBS — we additionally take on storage, order processing and stock control. DBS — we deliver orders straight to the end buyer.

  • FBO from 99 ₸ per SKU, FBS from 199 ₸ per SKU, DBS from 990 ₸ per order. We will prepare an exact quote for your turnover on request.

  • We take on the risk: weather, customs delays or logistics disruptions will not derail your supply. You can create the marketplace supply for the nearest convenient date while the goods are already at our warehouse.
