CEH360° Landing Terms of Use

In short: these Terms govern the public CEH360° website and lead form. They are not a contract of carriage, storage, or fulfillment. Specific services, timelines, prices, and liability are agreed separately.

1. Scope

1.1. These Terms apply to the public website ceh360.kz, its pages, contact links, and lead form.

1.2. By submitting a request or continuing to use the website, you confirm that you have reviewed these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the Website

2.1. The website provides information about fulfillment, packing, labeling, storage, delivery, and marketplace supply, and allows potential clients to contact CEH360°.

2.2. Information on the website is informational and preliminary. It is not a public promise to provide a service on fixed terms and does not replace individual agreement of a request.

3. Website Request

3.1. By submitting the form, you ask CEH360° to contact you by the phone number you provided or through another available channel, including WhatsApp or Telegram where available.

3.2. Submitting a request does not automatically mean acceptance of goods, reservation of warehouse capacity, fixation of a price, or conclusion of a contract. After receiving the request, a manager clarifies the task, product parameters, route, timelines, marketplace requirements, and other terms.

3.3. Prices shown as "from" are indicative. The final cost depends on the operating model, volume, packaging, labeling, storage, delivery, marketplace requirements, and other parameters.

4. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• provide accurate contact details;
• not submit another person's data without a lawful basis;
• not use the form for spam, automated submissions, attacks, testing other people's phone numbers, or other abuse;
• not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass protective mechanisms, or obtain unauthorized access.

5. Personal Data

Personal-data processing when using the website is described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting the form, you consent to processing in the scope needed to contact you and process the request.

6. Intellectual Property
